Waitlist updates keep clients in the loop while they wait for a slot.
Set up waitlist updates

Go to Settings > Client Notifications.

Click Waitlist entry alert (sent when a client joins the waitlist) or Waitlist cancellation alert (sent when they're removed).

Choose the Email or SMS tab and turn the notification on.

Click Save.
