Send appointment reminders

Automatic reminders help clients remember their appointments. You choose the channel and how long before the appointment the reminder is sent.

Set up appointment reminders

  1. 1

    Go to Settings > Client Notifications.

    Click Reminder notification.

  3. 3

    Choose the Email or SMS tab and turn the notification on.

  4. 4

    Under Custom timing, set the Timing and Unit, for example 1 Days before the appointment. The preview shows what clients receive.

    Click Save.
