Manage waitlist settings
With the online waitlist turned on, clients who can't find a suitable time on your booking site can join the waitlist instead of leaving.
Turn on the online waitlist

Go to Settings > Locations and click View on the location.

Click Edit on the Booking settings card.

Turn on Online waitlist.

Click Save.
The waitlist is set per location. Repeat these steps for each location where you want to offer it.
