Gift card sales report

Each row is one gift card line on a sale in the date range, in person or online. Gift card reports cover your whole business, so they don't have a Team Member filter.

   From the main menu, go to Reports.

   Click Gift card sales. The report opens for this month.

   Click Filters to change the Location or Date range, then click Apply. See Run and filter reports.

• Date - when it was sold.
• Sale # - the sale it was on.
• Quantity - how many cards on the line.
• Promotion - the gift card promotion, or Custom amount.
• Value - what each card is worth to spend.
• Price - what was charged for each card.
• Discount - any discount on the line.
• Sold By - the team member, or Online.
• Location - where it was sold.
• Total - price times quantity, minus the discount.
