Gift card sales detail report

The Gift card sales detail report lists each gift card you sold, so you can see who bought it and who it's for.

What the Gift card sales detail report shows

Each row is one gift card sold in the date range, in person or online. Gift cards you added by hand, such as ones sold before you used Zobliss, aren't listed.

Open the report

    From the main menu, go to Reports.

    Click Gift card sales detail. The report opens for this month.

  3. 3

    Click Filters to change the Location or Date range, then click Apply. See Run and filter reports.

Columns

  • Gift Card Number - the card's number.
  • Value at Sale - what the card was worth when sold.
  • Price Paid - what the purchaser paid for it.
  • Promotion - the gift card promotion, or Custom amount.
  • Purchaser - who paid, or Walk-in.
  • Owner - who holds the card, or Not assigned.
  • Sale # - the sale it was on.
  • Date and Location - when and where it was sold.
  • Sold By - the team member who sold it.
  • Sold Via - In person or Online.
