Packages activity report

Each row is one service or product inside a package that was bought. A package with three services, bought once, has three rows.

   From the main menu, go to Reports and click Packages activity. The Package Activity Report opens.

   Choose a location and dates at the top, and click the search (magnifying glass) button to find a client, package or item.

• Client - who bought the package.
• Transaction date - when it was bought.
• Location - where it was bought. Shown when you have more than one location.
• Action - what happened, such as purchase.
• Quantity - how many of the item.
• Service/Product name - the item inside the package.
• Package name - the package it belongs to.
• Package purchase date and Package expiry date - when the package was bought and when it runs out.
• List price/unit - the item's normal price.
• Discount/unit - the item's share of the package discount.
• Credit value/unit - list price minus discount: what the item is worth in the package.
