How client card details are protected
Whenever a card is entered - at checkout, on your booking site, or when you save a card for a client - the card number goes straight to your payment processor, Stripe or Square. Zobliss never stores full card numbers or security codes.
What Zobliss keeps
- Card details are typed into secure fields provided by Stripe or Square.
- Zobliss only shows the last four digits of a saved card, so your team can tell cards apart.
- A card entered for a walk-in is charged once and isn't saved.
Good practice
- Never write card numbers in client notes, appointment notes or form answers.
- Only take card details over the phone if you enter them straight into Zobliss.
- Give checkout and refund permissions only to the team members who need them.
