Set up gift cards
Gift cards are a great way to bring in new clients. Set them up once in your settings, then sell them in person or online.
Open gift card settings
Go to Settings > Gift Cards, or click Settings on the Sales > Gift Cards page. There are four tabs: Online Sales, Artwork, Preferences and Promotions.
Sell gift cards online

On the Online Sales tab, turn on Enable Online Sales so clients can buy gift cards through a direct link or while booking online.

Copy the Gift cards link for sharing to post it on your website or social media.

Add a Purchase Disclaimer with any refund terms, expiry details or other policies clients should see before they buy.
Selling gift cards online needs Stripe or Square connected in Settings > Client Billing. Until then, your online gift card page shows that gift cards aren't available.
Choose the artwork
On the Artwork tab, pick the design shown on your online sales page and in the gift card email, or upload your own (800 x 500 pixels).
Gift card numbers
On the Preferences tab, turn on Automatically generate gift card number to create a 6-digit number when you sell a gift card in person. Gift cards sold online always get a number.
