Manage gift cards

Every gift card you sell or add is listed in Sales > Gift Cards with its balance, purchaser and owner.

View a gift card

Click a card's more options (three dots) button and select View to see its remaining balance, code, original amount, amount redeemed and issue date. The Activity tab lists every sale, redemption and refund.

Send a digital gift card

    Open the card's more options (three dots) button and select Send digital gift card.

    Enter the recipient's email under Send to, their name and a Gift message.

  3. 3

    Turn on Schedule for later to send it on a set date, or leave it off to send it straight away. Click Send.

Add an existing gift card

To add gift cards sold before you used Zobliss, click Add Gift Card, then enter the Gift card number, Balance and Gift card owner, and click Save. Only add gift cards you've already been paid for.
