Create text campaigns

Text campaigns are great for time-sensitive offers. They use SMS credits.

Create a text campaign

  1. 1

    Go to Marketing, click Add and select Create text campaign.

    Pick a starting template or write your message (up to 1,600 characters). Add an image if you like.

  3. 3

    Click Continue, select the clients to send to, and click Continue again.

  4. 4

    Review the total credits the campaign will use, then send it.

Every text ends with "Reply STOP to unsubscribe" so clients can opt out.

How credits are used

  • A text-only message uses 1 credit per client.
  • A message with an image uses 3 credits per client.
