Create email campaigns

Email campaigns reach your clients in their inbox with your message, an image and a link to book. There are no extra fees for sending emails.

Create an email campaign

From the main menu, go to Marketing, click Add and select Create email campaign.

In Create message, pick a starting template or write your own. Enter the email subject and message, and upload an image if you like (JPG or PNG, at least 300 x 300 pixels). The preview on the right updates as you type.

Click Continue. In Select clients, tick the clients to send to, or click Select all. Use Filters to narrow the list. See Target clients with filters.

Click Continue to review the campaign.

Click Send me a test to get a copy in your own inbox first, then Send now when you're happy.

Sent campaigns are listed in Marketing. Use the All, Email and Text tabs to filter them, and open a campaign to see its details.
