How clients book group appointments online
When online group booking is turned on, clients can book for several people at once from your booking site. Everyone is booked at the same time, each with their own services and professional.
Turn this on in Settings > Booking Control. See Set up group appointments.
The client booking steps

The client chooses Book group appointment.

They select the number of guests, up to your maximum group size.

For each guest, they choose services and a professional. Guest 1 of 2 at the top shows whose turn it is.

They check everyone's services on the Confirm services step. Clicking a guest lets them change that guest's choices.

They pick a time that works for the whole group.

They enter each guest's name, email and phone, choose the primary contact, add any comments and confirm.
The group appears on your calendar like any group appointment. Each guest becomes a client in Zobliss and gets their own confirmation and any forms to complete.
